CONSTITUTION:A book register mode is selected for registration of books, and the necessary items like the book register Nos, the names of books, etc., are inputted through a keyboard 3. Then, a user register mode is selected for registration of the users, and the necessary items like the personal Nos and the names of the users, etc., are inputted via the keyboard 3. When a book is lent out, a lend-out switch 13 is pushed and a bar code reader 7 reads the bar code stuck on the book. Then, a personal register card is put into a mag netic card reader/writer part 10.
