The solution concerns the preparation method of dietetic preparation used for treatment of gastrointestinal tract disorders, during preoperative and postoperative states, as a substitution for natural nutrition during treatment of metabolic disorders, e.g. phenylketonuria and other states requiring substitution of natural nutrition. The dietetic preparation is produced in a way that from 1 to 70 per cent by weight of amino acids with the pH-value between 1 and 6 and temperature between 10 and 90 degrees C is mixed with the solid mineral matters or their water solution with the pH-value between 1 and 6 and temperature between 10 and 50 degrees C and the created mixture is sterilized after adding minerals and vitamins by filtration, e.g. through filters with the pore size from 10 micrometers to 0.005 micrometers; the solution is enriched by lipids and dried e.g. by lyophilisation or sputtering, it is homogenised and subsequently sugars, pulps, aromas, auxiliary substances in the amount of 0.001 to 10 percent by weight, especially stabilizers, emulgators, substances securing microbial wholesomeness, are added. The preparation is solved either in the liquid or dry state. |
