PURPOSE:To obtain a product having excellent emulsion stability and taste by blending oil selected from a group consisting of essential oil, oleoresin, edible oil and natural resin with a hexose fatty acid monoester. CONSTITUTION:An oil is selected from a group consisting of essential oils, oleoresin, edible oil and natural resin. The prescribed oil is properly blended with a hexose fatty acid monoester to produce the aimed cloudy flavor. The production method is especially limited. The hexose fatty acid monoester may be added and blended with either one of oil ingredient or water ingredient. For example, an oil phase obtained by adding an agent for controlling specific gravity to edible oil consisting essentially of oleoresin is blended with a water phase obtained by as necessary adding a natural gum aqueous solution of arabia gum, etc., paste and coloring agent to water containing hexose fatty acid monoester by a homomixer, etc., to provide the aimed product. |
