<p>PURPOSE:To shorten write-in time and to suppress the deterioration of reliability caused by a writing by writing in only the smaller amount of data of '1' and '0' in the write-in of a data area by switching an output logical value corresponding to the write of one control bit when writing the output logical value in positive and negative. CONSTITUTION:A data write part 10 consists of a data cell part in a fuse and junction destruction type. Fuses F1 and F2 are provided in the output parts of an amplifier A for a normal logical output and an inverter I for a negative logical output which converts the output signal from an address selection part to a positive or negative output. The positive/negative logic of the output is decided by cutting one of these two fuses. Therefore, the data write-in part 10 writes only the data with the less frequency of appearance of '1' and '0', and an output expected value similar to a normal PROM can be obtained by cutting one of the huses F1 and F2 so that the output positive/negative logic can be normalized. Thus, the write-in time can be shortened and the deterioration of reliability can be suppressed.</p> |
