PURPOSE:To obtain the title blade material slightly chipping off and cracking, preventing extraordinary wear, having high flexural strength and toughness, consisting of ceramics mostly comprising tetragonal system phase stabilized with cerium oxide and >= a specific amount of zirconia component having small crystal grain diameter. CONSTITUTION:The objective blade material consisting of ceramics comprising >=90% tetragonal system phase stabilized with cerium oxide and >=60wt.% zirconia component having <=3mum average crystal grain diameter. The amount of cerium oxide is preferably 5-15mol% based on zirconium oxide. The ceramics contains preferably 0.5-40wt.% alumina. |
