PURPOSE:To shorten the processing time by including an input means of form information in an interactive form, a means which automatically converts form information to a printer control code, a copy original automatic preparing means, and a test printing means of the prepared form image. CONSTITUTION:At the time of new generation, form information is inputted from a CRT keyboard 4 and is converted to an internal form by an interactive processing part 1, and data is stored in a temporary work memory 2, and data stored in this memory 2 is converted to a copy original in a file form in a floppy disk 6 by a file I/O processing part 3. Test printing of form information to a printer 7 is performed by a test printing processing part 4 to facilitate check of input data. At the time of updating already prepared form information, the copy original in the floppy disk 6 is converted to the internal form by the file I/O processing part 3 to perform update by the interactive processing. Thus, the processing time is shortened. |
