PURPOSE:To perform moistening of indoor air without causing a resident in an indoor place to have a cold feeling by a method wherein a moistening device to branch a diffuser into a first diffuser through which discharge hot air is discharged in the direction of an indoor floor surface and a second diffuser through which it is discharged in a horizontal direction to an indoor upper layer part is located to the diffuse in a manner to be removable from the front side of a front panel. CONSTITUTION:Discharge hot air heater by a heat exchanger 11 is branched into upper and lower flows by means of a removable moistening device 17 itself located in diffusers 9 and 10 for the discharge hot air, and in a mounting state described above only hot air discharged through a horizontally extending diffuser 10 is moistened. Since moistened hot air the temperature of which is decreased is discharged horizontally in the direction of an upper indoor part, this constitution performs moistening of the interior of a room in a state that the moistened hot air is not collided directly with a resident in an indoor place. |
