摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption and to make contact through a small structure having long service life by arranging first parts bendable toward positive side and second parts bendable toward negative side alternately, with respect to a same applied voltage, on a piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:A base 20 is secured to four tubular piezoelectric bodies 21. The tubular piezoelectric body 21 comprises first electrodes 1, 1', a second electrode 2, a piezoelectric element 3 and a metal 4. Upon application of AC signals onto the four tubular piezoelectric bodies 21, heat pipes 23a, 23b contact at points where the standing wave in the metal 4 of the tubular piezoelectric body 21 has maximum amplitude thus bringing about a low friction state. Consequently, axial movement with low torque takes place upon application of force in the axial direction onto the base 20.
