PURPOSE:To obtain the title high-quality, inexpensive food by rolling and roasting ground seasoned fish meat paste material to give roasted rolled fish meat pieces, pouring and piling molten cheese on the pieces, further placing the roasted rolled pieces on the piled pieces to give laminate, adjusting the laminate to a proper water content, thinly cutting and packing. CONSTITUTION:A ground seasoned fish meat paste material (mixture of fish meat such as walleye pollack and powder of cuttlefish) is rolled, roasted at 120 deg.C to form a scorching pattern and dried to give roasted rolled fish meat pieces having about 15% water content and 2mm thickness. Solid cheese having 40-45% water content is melted into molten cheese having about 38% water content is poured and piled on the roasted rolled fish meat pieces, further the roasted rolled fish meat is placed on the piled pieces, lightly pressed to give fish meat cheese laminate. Then the laminate is adjusted to 27-30% water content at normal temperature, finely cut into a desired dimension and packed without sealing an oxygen scavenger to give the objective food. |
