A portable temporary use type sign assembly (9) including improved attachment means (20) for removably attaching the sign panel (10) to associated cross-brace support members (11, 13), the attachment means (20) including one or more elastic straps (22) attached to the sign panel (10) stretched around an end of a respective cross-brace (11, 13) and secured to the opposite side of the cross-brace (11, 13). Such improved attachment means (20) is especially advantageous in connection with flexible sign panels (10). |
