PURPOSE:To enable to control the health of the resident of a room by deciding the presence of the abnormality of a using mode by grasping automatically the used quantity of water or electricity, and issuing an alarm or displaying it when the abnormality occurs. CONSTITUTION:Meters 1-1, 1-2 provided with a transmitter installed in every room measure the used quantity of the water or the electricity of their room, and transmit this used quantity to a centralized meter check panel 3 provided with a communication function through a transmission line 2. A personal computer 5 reads the meter value of the meter check panel 3 at prescribed time, and decides the presence of the abnormality of the using mode of every room by software, and at the time of the abnormality, it executes the alarm or the display. Thus, the health of the resident of the room can be controlled. |
