PURPOSE:To control the flicker of plural light emitting elements with the aid of simple constitution by controlling it when the movement of a display part put on a body is detected with the aid of a detection means. CONSTITUTION:When a mode is set to a time display mode by operating a switch 11 and a watch main body 3 put on an arm or the like is moved in the direction of F, the movement of a display plate 5 is detected and a detection signal is outputted to a control unit 15 by pendulum switch 21. By the unit 15, a control program is read out from a storage circuit and the flicker of the plural light emitting elements 7a - 7e is controlled in order to display time information outputted by a watch circuit at the same time. Control information based on the control program is outputted to the elements 7a - 7e through resistances 17a - 17e. A present time is displayed on the display plate 5 by making the elements 7a - 7e flicker according to the control information from the unit 15 obtained when the display plate 5 is moved. |
