The piezoelectric ceramic compsn. is charactrized by replacing respectively some Nb ion of PbTiO-PbZrO3-Pb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3 with Mn+2, W+6 and some Pb with Sr, and adding a little WO3 and MnCO3 at the same time. The ceramic has the compsn. of equation (Pb1-aSra) {TiX-Zry-[Co1/3Nb(1-b)2/3Mnb/2 z}O3 + mWO3 + nMnCO3 (where x,y,z are respectively 0.43 <= x <= 0.48, 0.04 <= z <= 0.15 and y = 1-x-z in mole ratio, a,b are also respectively 0 < a < 0.05, 0 < b <= 0.2 in mole ratio and m,n are 0 <= m <= 1, 0 <= n <= 2 and m <= n). The ceramic has a high quality parameter and piezoelectric constant and a low dielectric loss. |
