PURPOSE:To attain to enhance the reliability of a safety apparatus, by exerting reactance change to the signal output of oscillation circuits oscillated at different frequencies when a parson approaches or contacts. CONSTITUTION:A conductor common use means PC separates oscillation circuits OSC1, OSC2 so that both of then are not affected to each other and the circuits OSC1, OSC2 are connected to an antenna ANT in parallel. Usually, signals with predeterminedfrequencies are obtained in the outputs of the circuits OSC1, OSC2 but, when an element changing reactance, for example, the hand of a person approaches the antenna ANT or contacted therewith, the signals of both circuits are cut off and three or more kinds of state signals of no abnormality, the approaching of a person and the contact with a person appear in the output of a frequency mixing circuit MIX corresponding to the number of the circuits OSC1, OSC2 and are detected by a discrimination circuit DCN to be outputted to a safety circuit through output terminals JA, JB, JC. By performing predetermined safety processing, an accident such as the insertion by the power window of a car can be prevented. |
