Low-voltage radiator and ceiling luminaire fitted therewith

A low-voltage halogen lamp (30) (cold-mirror lamp) is held in a ball bearing housing. The ball bearing housing is held on the inner part (17b) of a hinge, which can be rotated about approximately 360@ in a stationary hinged part (17a). A barrel nipple of the hinge part (17b) leads with the electrical line via a slot (22) into the ball bearing housing. By displacement along the slot the lamp axis can be adjusted in an area of 90@ with respect to the hinge axis.
