Thus 1.0g 1-methyl-5- trifloromethyl-3-hydroxy pyrazole, 1.24g diethylchlorophosphate and 0.72g triethyl amine in 10ml methylene chloride are stirred for 2 hr. The reactant are filtered with the mixt. of hexane and ethylacetate (4:1) to give 1.6g yellow I(R1=H; R2,R3,R4=Me; X=S).
