PURPOSE:To obtain a boiled rice ball set, capable of unsealing one side part of a triangular container filled with pregelatinized rice in an amount corresponding to one rice ball, injecting water or hot water from the above-mentioned part and readily reconstituting the pregelatinized rice into cooked rice. CONSTITUTION:The objective boiled rice ball set obtained by filling pregelatinized rice 6 in an amount corresponding to one rice ball in a container (preferably a flexible bag 1), made of a plastic and formed into a shape, having an internal volume capable of sealing and enclosing pregelatinized rice in an amount corresponding to one rice ball when the pregelatinized rice absorbs water and swells and capable of forming the swollen pregelatinized rice into a flat 'boiled rice ball' type triangular shape and further making the above- mentioned container 1 unsealable at one side part of the triangle, simultaneously injectable with water or hot water thereinto and then resealable. |
