<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound selected from 30 peptide groups expressed by formulas I-X (<Gln is pyroglutamyl group), etc. USE:A remedy for asthma, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, anaphylactic shock, etc. PREPARATION:For example, a carrier resin having a C-terminal amino acid residue bonded thereto is filled in a reaction vessel using an automatic peptide synthesizer and amino acids having alpha-amino group protected with tert- butyloxycarbony group are linked in the presence of a condensing agent according to an amino acid sequence of a peptide. The protecting groups of the amino groups are then removed. The above-mentioned operation is repeated to form a peptide chain on the carrier resin and the resultant peptide chain is treated with hydrogen fluoride, etc., to carry out elimination of the peptide from the carrier resin and removal of the whole protecting groups and afford the peptide expressed by the formulas.</p> |
