PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of checking, by a method wherein an image of a soldered surface of a substance to be checked is picked up, the data on the image picked up are stored in an external storage device, these stored data are reproduced as an image in a monitor, and the checking data are prepared therefrom. CONSTITUTION:The data on an image of a soldered surface of a substance to be checked, which is picked up by an image pickup camera 1 and further binary-coded and stored temporarily in a frame memory 3, are given labels of an image number, a description, etc. and then stored in a floppy disk 8 for keeping images which is put in a floppy disk driving device 7. Then, these stored data are called out and reproduced as an image in a monitor 5, and based on the reproduced image, the checking data on the soldered surface are prepared. Thereby the checking data can be prepared outside a checking line and thus the efficiency of checking can be improved. |
