| 摘要 |
The complex of 6-cyclohexyl 1-hydroxy 4-methyl 2(1-H)-pyridone with 2-aminoethanol, of formula (I) is made by (a) condensing hexahydrobenzoyl chloride with methyl beta,beta-dimethyl acrylate; (b) cyclising with hydroxylamine in HCl medium with methanol as solvent, at 25 deg.C; and (c) crystallising with ethanolamine from ethyl acetate as solvent.
