PURPOSE: To enable a motor to stop automatically and remotely without turning off a hand switch at cleaning work, by constituting the controller with a breaker and a motor-controlling section, where the former controls the signal from the light source by transmitting or breaking the light, and the latter controls the motion of the motor according to the signal from the former. CONSTITUTION: The breaker 13, whose state changes according to the hose condition, is composed of a case 13c and sealed liquid 13b. When cleaning work is under way by using the hose, the cleaner is used by turning the hand switch 1a upward. Because at that time the air bubble 13a in the breaker 13 is located at the upper side, infrared rays from the light source 12 are intercepted and a light receiving section 12 is at off-state, and thus a motor-controlling section 14 activates a motor 9. Whereas, when the hose is put sideways as on the floor, the hand switch 1a lays turning sideward or downward, resulted in the bubble 13a movement. Then, infrared rays from light source 11 transmits the bubble 13a in the breaker and reaches the light receiving section 12. Consequently, the light receiving section 12 gets to on-state and the motor-controlling section 14 stops the motor 9. |
