PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of flashes in the whole section of a molded product and increase the life of a mold by forming micro-spaces to be eliminated by the compression elastic deformation of projected sections between bonded surfaces of a cavity. CONSTITUTION:A fine space G to be eliminated by the compression elastic deformation of a projected section 6 at the time of pressurizing is formed between bonded surface PL2 on the outside of the cavity 4 in the state of bonding respective bonded surfaces PL1 of a projected section 6 forming a whole section of a molded product protruded on the inner side of the cavity 4 and a mold 1 to be in contact and off the projected section 6. When the mold is closed, the bonded surface of the projected section 6 on the inner side of the cavity 4 and the mold 1 to be in contact with and off said projected section is bonded first, and then the surface pressure of the bonded surface on the inner side of the cavity is increased in order to bond the bonded surface on the outer side of the cavity by compressing the projected section 6 to prevent the thin flashes from generating in the whole section of the molded product. |
