PURPOSE:To obtain a vent device of simple constitution which pushes back a material within a vessel and performs suction and discharge of only gas, by a method wherein a projected line is formed on the side of a body of rotation and an exhaust port communicating with a decompression exhaust system for the suction and discharge of gas within a cylindrical stationary vessel is provided on the center part of a conical cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A conical cylinder 3 and a conical body 4 of rotation in close vicinity to the inside of the cylinder 3 are provided on a predetermined position of the top of the external circumference of a cylindrical stationary vessel 2 with a built-in rotor 1 to transfer a material. The base 5 of the cylinder 3 is communicated with the stationary vessel 2 and an axial direction of a shaft 6 meets substantially at right angles with an axial direction of the rotor 1 in the cylinder 3. When a shaft of the rotor 1 is in a horizontal direction, the shaft 6 is in a vertical direction. A plurality of projected lines 7...7 are formed on the side of the conical body 4 of rotation, the center part of the cylinder 3, that is, the upper part is provided with an exhaust port 8 and the exhaust port 8 is communicated with a decompression exhaust system for sucking and discharging gas. The gas within the cylindrical stationary vessel 2 is sucked or discharged through a gap between the cylinder 3 and the body 4 of rotation. As the body 4 of rotation is turned and driven by a motor 9 and the projected lines 7...7 pushing back the material into the vessel 2 always, the material does not arrive at the exhaust port 8. |
