PURPOSE:To prevent the change of the hue of an color image due to heat, humidity and light by incorporating a specified compd. in the titled coupler. CONSTITUTION:The titled coupler comprises the compd. shown by formula I, wherein Z is a nonmetal atomic group necessary for forming a 7 membered heterocyclic ring contg. nitrogen atom which may be substd., X is hydrogen atom or a group capable of releasing by allowing to react with the oxidant of a color developing main agent, R is hydrogen atom or a substituting group. As the cyan or magenta color image formed from the titled coupler has the good fastness against the heat, the humidity and the light, the titled coupler is suitable for the color photographic sensitive material. |
