PURPOSE:To obtain an inhibitor for sticking of polymers, consisting of a polymer containing a specific amount of a specified fluorine-containing monomer and capable of forming uniform and touch films having excellent adhesive properties to articles to be treated. CONSTITUTION:The aimed inhibitor consisting of a polymer containing >=10wt.% monomer expressed by the formula [X<1> is F, Cl or -CFY<1>Y<2> (Y<1> and Y<2> are H or F); Z is 1-3C alkylene or -CH2CH2N(R)SO2- (R is 1-4C alkyl), -CH2CH (OW)CH2- (W is H or acetyl); Rf is 5-21C fluoroaliphatic group (which may contain 1-10 ether bonds in the C chain) or substituted aryl having 5-15C fluoroaliphatic group]. Furthermore, a silicone compound can be blended with the above-mentioned inhibitor to improve performance, such as mold releasability. |
