PURPOSE:To simplify the processing of a program itself and to improve the productivity by using a message distribution processor to exchange en bloc the messages among programs. CONSTITUTION:A message distribution processor 8 is provided which receives messages from all programs 1-7 and refers to a prepared address program deciding table 30 to decide an address program that processes the messages. The processor 8 is started when a message is delivered to a relevant message queue from either one of programs and decide a program to process next the received message with reference to the table 30. Thus it is possible to easily cope with the addition, the change, etc., of programs and also to reduce the processing load of the programs itself.
