<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of wrinkles and the jamming of a form by detecting an obliquely traveling form and discharging it from a pre-stage position of a fixing unit, and feeding only a form of a normal attitude to the fixing unit. CONSTITUTION:When a form does not travel obliquely, it passes through a regular feed paper pass route 5, and the form passes through a fixing unit 6 from a hopper 1 and travels normally. When the form has traveled obliquely, the form 21 at the time when it has traveled obliquely on the hopper 1 is detected by a sensor 18 attached to the hopper 1, and based on a signal from the sensor 18, a solenoid 10 operates in the direction C and a rib plate 9 is shifted to the upper part from the other rib plate 8, and matching faces 8a, 9a of the two rib plates 8, 9 are opened. Accordingly the obliquely traveling form 21 is guided to the matching faces 8a, 9a of the opened rib plates 8, 9 and it carrying direction is switched to a pass route 7 side, said paper passes through a discharge roller 11 and a discharge roller 12 through a paper guide 15, and finally, the obliquely traveling form is stared on a stacker 16. In such a way, the wrinkles and the jamming of the form are not generated.</p> |
