PURPOSE:To prevent the winding of waste straw around a feed shaft while preventing the clogging of a winding preventive mechanism with waste straw and the deformation of machine parts, by using a winding preventive mechanism composed of a specific scraper part made of a resin. CONSTITUTION:A number of receiving edges 2 are arranged along axial direction interposing prescribed intervals in a state that a feed disk edge 1 and a rake-in edge are closely arranged via a spacer 17 and attached to a feed shaft 6. A supporting part 23 of a scraper part 5 made of a resin such as 6-nylon is pivoted in vertically movable manner to a mount frame 13 placed in front of the receiving edge 2. A fitting tip part 22 of the scraper part 5 is fitted between the feed edge 1 and the rake-in edge in a manner so as to be freely rotatable relatively around the spacer 17.
