PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic lens which possesses a desired pattern or a colored layer and is free from a deformation or a flaw and good in surface properties, by a method wherein an adhesive layer, a uniform colored layer or a patterned layer and a transparent surface protective layer are laminated in order on the surface of a plastic molded product having a form of the lens. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet 1 obtained by providing a transparent surface protective layer 12, a patterned layer 13 such as a uniform colored layer or a continuous harmonized pattern or a letter and an adhesive layer 14 in this order on a base material sheet 11 possessing mold release properties is mounted within injection molds 5A, 5B possessing a cavity in a form of a lens so that a base material 11 side comes into contact with the molds. If needed, the transfer sheet 1 is fixed to the molds by sucking through a vacuum hole 5C of the molds and the molds are clamped. Molten resin is injected through an adhesive layer 14 side within the molds 5A, 5B, cooled and solidified. The molds 5A, 5B are released and a plastic molded product whereon a uniform colored layer or a patterned layer has been transferred is taken out by releasing from the molds. |
