发明名称 PRODUCTION OF ORIENTED ANISOTROPIC CRYSTAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To develop an intense permanent magnet at low cost by annealing an amorphous or crystalline material while heating at the specific temp. and to the specific direction at the time of producing the permanent magnet having oriented anisotropic crystal. CONSTITUTION:Nb-Fe-B series thin plate 1 having amorphous or crystalline state is applied at high pressure of >=1,000kg/cm<2> by a press 3 under inert gas atmosphere 2 of Ar, etc., to one direction. In the case of using Tm for melting point of the material for the thin plate, and T for annealing temp., by holding to an nealing at 650-800 deg.C in the temp. range under the relation of Tm/3<T< Tm, the permanent magnet having anisotropic crystalline structure of tetragonal crystal system or hexagonal crystal system can be easily produced.
