PURPOSE:To send a data duplicatedly by setting a control unit whose transmission is not finished by one transmission end of 1st or 2nd control unit set to 1st and 2nd nodes to the 1st node and setting a control unit with a succeeding transmission request caused next to the 2nd node. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission request exists in the state while transmission is applied already in the 1st node, control units 121, 122,... having the transmission request are set to the 2nd node and the transmission is started while the bit data '1' is converted into 'm'. Even if the 1st node and the 2nd node send a bit data to a transmission line duplicatedly, when the data on the transmission line is at '0' and 'm', the content of the transmission data of the 1st node and the 2nd node is confirmed and the duplicated transmission is attained. When the data on the transmission line is at '1', since the content of the data of the 2nd node is not confirmed, bit data is retransmitted in the 2nd node in this case.
