发明名称 FORMATION OF PHOSPHOR FILM OF FLUORESCENT CHARACTER DISPLAY TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent any drop in brightness caused by breaks or deterioration of phosphor particles by bringing an ultraviolet ray transmissible anode substrate in the vicinity of the phosphor uniformly dispersed on a metal plate, and applying a high voltage thereon under radiation of ultraviolet ray so as to form a phosphor film on the anode substrate. CONSTITUTION:An anode substrate on which a thin film serving as an aluminum mesh electrode, etc. is formed and which allows transmission of an ultraviolet ray is arranged in the vicinity of phosphor 2 uniformly dispersed on a ground 4 metal plate 3. The ultraviolet ray is radiated from a light source 1 onto the phosphor 2 so that it may be electrically charged and a high voltage is applied to the anode substrate to form a phosphor film thereon. Anxiety of any drop in brightness caused by an additive agent as well as breaks or deterioration of phosphor particles can be eliminated.
