PURPOSE:To make a letter and pattern displayed on a skin member distinguishable and clear, by a method wherein a recessed part having an opening is provided on a cavity surface, a block member in a state of rectangular parallelepiped is fitted into the recessed part, a vacuum drawing device is communicated with the recessed part, and the skin member is sucked to the cavity surface. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 5 having an opening which is smaller than a skin member 4 is provided on a cavity surface 2a with which the skin member 4 of a stationary mold 2 is fitted. Block members 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e, 6f in a state of a rectangular parallelepiped are fitted into the recessed part 5, and a part of the cavity surface 2a is constituted of one end faces 6a, 6b', 6d', 6e', 6f' of them. The skin member 4 is set up to the cavity surface 2a corresponding to the recessed part 5 of a stationary mold 2 under a state of mold break, and a vacuum drawing of a recessed part 7 of the stationary mold is performed by actuating a vacuum pump. As air within a cavity 10 is sucked through the recessed part 5 communicated with the recessed part 7 and gaps among the block members each or those among confronting faces of the block members each, the skin member 4 is attracted to an end face of each of the block members. |
