PURPOSE:To improve a service to customer by coupling a terminal equipment, which a receptionist carries, and a processor with radio waves or the like on two ways to immediately transfer data and making it possible for the receptionist to quickly get required sales management information. CONSTITUTION:Order data such as an item, the quantity, etc., of the order received in an arbitrary customer's seat position is inputted to a terminal equip ment 11 then and there. Inputted order data is transferred to a processor 13 through a communication interface 12 like a radio wave. The processor 13 outputs transferred order data to an output device 15. When a proper instruction is given from the equipment 11 to the processor 13, information of a daily menu or the like is transferred from a sales management information table 14 to the equipment 11 and is displayed. Consequently, the order reception processing is quickly performed and the miss in order reception and rebooking of orders are reduced to improve the service to customer. |
