PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient accelerating performance, by applying the throttle corresponding pressure on a lock-up control valve. CONSTITUTION:A governor valve 33 is connected to the port 74 of a lock-up control valve 32 via an oil passage 78, and an OD control valve 31, and 3-4 shift valve 25 are connected to a port 76 via an oil passage 80 and a shuttle valve 82. Thus, the throttle corresponding pressure is applied in the lock-up control valve 32, so that the lock-up changeover point can be made to have such a characteristic as the car speed increases in accordance with the throttle pressure, and accordingly a sufficient accelerating performance can be obtained by releasing a lock-up clutch 4c at the time of quick acceleration.
