PURPOSE:To achieve a lower cost with a simplified support construction of a setting cover, by covering a pin stop member with a pin stop cover section when a setting cover turns to cover a setting part while the pin stop cover section is retreated to a recessed section when it turn to open the setting part. CONSTITUTION:A pin insertion hole 32 is formed on a setting part cover 21 to insert a pin 31 for supporting it rotatively and a pin stop cover section 33 is formed close thereto 32. On the other hand, an escape recess 39 is formed on an upper cover 30 at an layout position of the cover section 33. With such an arrangement, the cover 21 is turned to cover a setting part and while a power sealing is made with a sealing screw 22, a sealing metal 23 and a sealing wire 24, the cover section 33 covers a pin stop member 40 facing the surface of a watthour meter body 20. With the cover 21 opened without the power sealing, a curved part of the cover section 33 retreats the escape recess 39. Therefore, with the setting part covered, the pin stop member 40 is covered so completely with the cover section 33 from outside to make the removal of the cover 21 impossible ever with a simple construction. |
