PURPOSE:To remove such troubles that lead wires are broken and discharge occurs when an electric distortion element is mounted on a fixed member, by forming immobile parts on the central part of the electrostriction effect element and drawing out the lead wires from these parts. CONSTITUTION:Class coating and insulating films 511 to 51n+1 and 521 to 52n+1 are formed on the terminal parts of inner electrode conductors 211 to 21n+1 and 221 to 22n+1 which are exposed to the facing sides of a laminated sintered material. A pair of outer electrode conductors 30 are formed an these facing sides by a silver paste printing coating method and a firing method. The lead wires 41 and 42 are soldered on the position of a piezo-electric ceramic member 102, which is in the central part of this laminated sintered material, and on the paired outer electrode conductors 30. Even if a signal of 2.5KHz in frequency and 0.1msec in pulse width and 150V in voltage is inputted to this manufactured electrostriction effect element 1 and 500 hour driving is performed for this element, no trouble occurs. |
