PURPOSE:To always obtain an output having 90 deg. phase difference in spite of the alteration of the frequency of an original signal in a wide band by obtaining the output having 90 deg. phase difference with a signal which is obtained by adding the original signal to a delay signal obtained by delaying the original signal in the same sizes and a signal which is obtained by adding the signal obtained by inverting the original signal to the delay signal obtained by delaying the inverted original signal in the same sizes. CONSTITUTION:A first distributor 21 distributes the original signal from an input terminal 20 into two signals, one of which is distributed into two signals by a second distributor 22. A first signal (a), which is one of the signals distributed by the distributor 22, is added to a first adder 23 and the other signal is inverted in an inversion circuit 24 so as to add the inverted signal (b) to a second adder 25. And the other signal distributed by the distributor 21 is delayed in a delay circuit 26 by a specified phase phi and distributed by a third distributor 27. The distributed third signal (c) and fourth signal (d) are added to the adder 23 and the adder 25 respectively. The signals (a) and (c) and the signals (b) and (d) are added in the respective adders 23 and 25 respectively in order to always output the signal having ninety degrees of phase difference to output terminals 28 and 29.
