<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the capacity equal to or more than that of a channel equipment of an active line exchange without using a high speed element by applying exchange connection of a packet on an input highway to a desired output highway while guaranteeing a predetermined delay time range. CONSTITUTION:The information representing an effective data of an information line group O and an effective data in an output highway branched from an information line 1 is inputted to a delay circuit 301. The circuit 301 retards the data by a read time of a signal conversion memory 101 and sends it to a buffer device 221 in parallel synchronously with the output highway number, a communication request signal in the output highway and the attribute of communication request. After the effective data, the display of effective data reception, the output highway number and a communication number in the output highway are retarded to satisfy the limit of delay time designated by the attribute of the communication request, the device 221 gives an output to an output highway selection circuit 211. The circuit 211 outputs the delayed effective data, the effective data reception display and the communication request number in the output highway in parallel to the command output highway.</p> |
