PURPOSE:To make it possible to take measure with high accuracy with no generation of discrepancy due to sealing cut by performing sealing cut while simultaneously crushing a position outside the position to perform sealing cut of a metal exhaust pipe at least from three directions to hold an antenna lead part in between the middle of the metal exhaust pipe for crushing the prescribed position of the exhaust pipe. CONSTITUTION:The tube inside is exhausted through a lower end part of a metal exhaust pipe 11. An equipment for positioning is put to a position outside the prescribed sealing cut position to crush the exhaust pipe 11 by cramping it from both sides through four projected parts 22a. The tip 12a of the antenna lead inserted into the middle part of the exhaust pipe 11 is correctly held by the exhaust pipe 11. Next, a pair of blades 23 for sealing cut positioned in the prescribed position is cramped as shown by an arrow 23 to perform sealing cut of the antenna lead held by the exhaust pipe 11 between.
