PURPOSE:To freely add and send the variable information such as a comment different in accordance with an opponent separately from the text of a facsimile by adding the individual information such as a comment message, which cannot be supplemented by the picture information to be sent, as header information. CONSTITUTION:At the time of sending facsimile picture data, a CPU control part 1 conveys the header information such as a comment message inputted by a keyboard 9 from an operator to a fixing code information memory 10. A picture control part 2 reads the header information such as data and transmitting person names from a fixing code information memory 3, reads it from a fixing code information memory 10, assembles it with the header information such as the comment message, executes a code picture conversion between code picture converting tables 11 and executes the adding processing to the picture data to be sent. Thus, even the information such as the comment message, which cannot be supplemented by the picture data to be sent, can be added as the header information.
