<p>PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of pressurized medium by controlling the rotation of a motor and the open/close condition of a valve through an operation transmitting means having a cylindrical body and a coil spring inserted over a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 2 is reciprocated by the rotary operation of an eccentric shaft 1 in one or the other direction and a discharge valve 4 opens/ closes a discharge port 3 through a rotary shaft 8. An operation transmitting means 5 having a tubular body 9 and a coil spring 10 is provided. Consequently, when a motor 6 is rotating in the opposite direction, the eccentric shaft 1 is located at a position lagging by more than half rotation from the position where the pushing of a projection 11 starts, thereby the discharge valve does not open even if the force for rotating the eccentric shaft in the opposite direction occurs upon stoppage of the motor thus preventing leakage of pressurized medium.</p> |
