<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the transfer quantity of a packet of a specific logic channel by extracting a head packet from a transmission queue with the highest transmission priority, sending the packet to a communication controller, extracting the packet at every extraction of the transmission packet so as to revise the designation of a ratio management table. CONSTITUTION:When the arrival of a sending packet 2 is detected in the packet transmission pre-processing, a transmission priority management table 3 is referenced by a logic channel number 4 of the transmission packet 2 to extract the transmission priority and the transmission packet 2 is registered in a corresponding transmission queue 5. On the other hand, in the packet transmission post-processing, the transmission queue 5 is supervised periodically and when the transmission packet 2 is registered in either of queue 5, a queue extraction ratio management table 6 is referenced by a data reference index 7 to check the designated priority, and when the transmission packet 2 is registered in the corresponding transmission queue 5, the head transmission packet 2 is extracted and sent to a communication controller 8. Thus, the transmission quantity according to the set ratio at least as to the packet having the specific logic channel number is ensured.</p> |
