摘要 <p>A photoelectric displacement detector having a main optical lattice, a subsidiary optical lattice which is arranged in parallel with the main optical lattice to move relative thereto, a light emitter which emits detecting light in the direction of the main optical lattice from the outside of said subsidiary optical lattice, a light receiver which receives the detecting light that has passed through the two optical lattices, which converts into an electric signal the change in the quantity of the received light caused by the repetitive superposition of the two optical lattices as they move relative to each other, and which outputs the electric signal, and an electronic circuit which processes the electric signals from the light receiver, and which calculates the distance of relative movement between the main and subsidiary optical lattices on the basis of the number of changes in the quantity of the received light. The subsidiary optical lattice is divided into a plurality of sections by a phase-dividing frame, the light receivers are provided in a number that corresponds to the subsidiary optical lattices thus divided, and the light emitter is provided with a ring-like member and a reflector, thus the light emitted from the light-emitting element becomes the parallel light due to the reflector so that the light passes through the optical lattice-forming surfaces at right angles therewith.</p>
