PURPOSE:To make it possible to cope with the single exchange of damaged members and consequently make the lost production time as small as possible and improve the productivity by a method wherein a connecting member to which a core main body is fitted, is detachably mounted to a core holder. CONSTITUTION:At the edge on the cavity 7 side of a core mold 1A, a stepped part 8, to which a sheet iron connecting member 3A formed along a chevron- shaped cavity 7 is detachably fixed with machine screws 9 so as to be flush with the core mold 1A, is shaped. If the connecting member 3A is bent, only thing to do is to open molds, to unscrew the machine screws 9 of the core mold 1A and to dismount the core main body 2A so as to replace the connecting member 3A in order to fix a new connecting member 3A, to which said core main body 2A is fitted, onto the core mold 1A with the machine screws 9. Consequently, no repair or welding work is necessary and the exchange work can be done simply in a short time at low cost. |
