PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body capable of preventing a generation of an interference fringe and having excellent sensitivity, and less tendency for generating deterioration by alternatively laminating two kinds of the materials having different refractive indexes with each other, and by equalizing the thickness of each layer to the length of 1/2 wavelength of an incidence ray. CONSTITUTION:The titled body is composed of the substrate body (Al drum) 1, a buffer layer 2 usable for sticking amorphous silicon (a-Si) to the substrate body 1, an amorphous silicone photoconductive layer 3 and a selective transmitting layer 6. The selective transmitting layer 6 has multilayer structure which alternatively laminates the 1st. layer 4 mainly composed of a-Si1-xNx:H or a-Si1-xCx:H or a Si1-xCx:H, and the 2nd. layer 5 mainly composed of a-Six:H. The thickness of the 1st. layer 4, and the 2nd. layer 5 is equalized to the length of 1/2 wavelength of the incidence ray. In the surface of the 1st layer 4, an extremely thin layer 4' having larger N-concn. Than that of another part of the layer 4 is formed, for passivation. Thus, the good copy image having a less tendency for generating he interference fringe and the run of the image is obtd. |
