PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of bearing capacity and the occurrence of vibration in buildings by a method in which a plurality of ringed plates are laminated on part of a concrete pile and frame beams are thrust through the ringed plates. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of ringed plates 2 are laminated on part of a concrete pile 1, and frame beams 3 are thrust through the plates 2 made of iron, steel, or a synthetic resin. The frame beam 3 is made of iron or PC steel bar. The normal bearing capacity of the pile can thus be exhibited, and the occurrence, if any, of different vibrations between the ground and a building can be buffered by the plates 2. The lowering of the bearing capacity of the pile can thus be completely prevented, and the vibration of the building can be also eased.
