PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain uncooked bean jam of high quality with very little contamination of refuse in almost one sieving step, by milling boiled raw material beans at a low rotational speed and sieving the milled beans using a sieving machine having a coarser mesh tan in a conventional method. CONSTITUTION:Boiled raw material beans are milled in a bean jam production machine designed to change the number of revolutions according to the kind of beans at a low number of revolutions within the range of 300-800r.p.m. The milled raw material is then sieved into a refuse component containing bean skins and bean jam soup component using a sieving machine of about 40-45 mesh.
