PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having a surface to which a residual content prevention function is imparted by subjecting the surface to surface processing without adding a modifier such as fine particles and a lubricant component to the surface of the film.SOLUTION: A heat-sealable resin film has an uneven structure thereon. The uneven structure is formed by shaping the film with a molding roll having an uneven structure thereon. Surface roughness Sa of the resin film is 0.1-10 μm. The heat-sealable resin film is used in a packaging bag so that the surface having the uneven structure becomes the innermost layer side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
