PURPOSE:To prevent liquid dripping and to enhance safety in handling, in a soda siphon for opening and closing the opening and closing valve interposed between a suction pipe and a nozzle by an operation piece, by opening and closing said opening and closing valve by the operation of the operation piece on and after a second stage. CONSTITUTION:At first, when a first operation piece 25 is pressed against a weak spring 30, the opening and closing valve 18 of an operation lever 29 closes the valve part 27 in a second operation piece 22 to block the communication with a nozzle 4 in a single side. Subsequently, the first operation piece 25 is further pressed against the elasticity of the spring 37 of the second operation piece 22. Whereupon, the opening and closing valve 36 of the operation lever 23 of the second operation piece 22 opens a valve port 20 and soda water having been sent to a valve chamber 19 under pressure is continuously ejected out of a soda siphon from the nozzle 4 through the valve port 20 and a communication hole 21. When the ejection of a predetermined amount is finished and a hand is separated from the first operation piece, the ejection of soda water is stopped. At this time, the valve port 27 is opened by the elasticity of the spring and the open air is sucked to rapidly discharge soda water at the horizontal part of the nozzle 4.
